Gordon Construction project superintendents coordinate the work in the field. They are on-site every day to ensure that subcontractors arrive on time and adhere to schedules.

Before turn-over of a building to the new owners, every job is detailed to assure quality consistent with Gordon Construction standards. And … another Gordon Construction extra … the project superintendent typically stays with the building for a week or so after the new owners move in, just to make sure they are familiar with the building and that equipment operates correctly. We simply want start-up to be successful.
